Speaker Volunteer

Police Care UK are looking for volunteers who enjoy speaking in public, who are able to communicate clearly and who can inspire and motivate people to become supporters or even volunteers themselves for the charity. Our volunteers will spend some time contacting local community groups, schools/colleges and organisations, to arrange to do a talk to raise the awareness about what we do and how people can get involved. The role is an important one as often this will be the first time that people will have heard about the charity. You will be confident in speaking about the cause and the work of the charity and you will develop relationships with key supporters and individuals as part of the process. We will provide the training and materials to support you as a speaker.
